Amazing, cosy B&B situated in the middle of beautiful green hills (May time). Everything was perfect! We enjoyed excellent dinner, tranquil nature, quiet night in our spacious and spotless room, and hearty breakfast with a wide selection of quality ingredient. On top of that, the stuff was super friendly and helpful. We hope we can come back in the future.

This country-style hotel in Grafenhausen is a comfortable base from which to explore scenic highlights of the Upper Black Forest such as the Schlüchtsee lake and Wutach Gorge.

Breakfast was excellent, all meals were excellent in face. Highly recommend Family run, the son spoke excellent English who was the cook. Such good food and the location was very quiet and peaceful. They had a freshwater nature swimming area. All in all a five star hotel !

Our stay started with the Hotel Manager picking us up from the train station and providing us a thorough overview of the hotel and local activities. The hotel grounds were in impeccable condition and our room was as expected. The meals were excellent, well deserved of their Michelin rating. Overall, it was the guest service that stood out as they took every opportunity to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We spent a fair amount of time in the outdoor hot tub and the natural pool. We were there on an anniversary celebration and our stay was a perfect fit for the occasion.

We stayed at the new apartments which were really comfortable next to a small river with a spectacular view of the Black Forest. Parking at the premises & very good breakfast. We were even given free cards for the local trains. Don't miss the chance to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
