The Apartment made us feel very welcome on arrival. It was a good size and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the Apartment to relax after visiting the local area in the day. We also used the local trains. Very clean swimming pool in the complex was included which was nice.

Loved, loved, loved the stay! It was like having a dream vacation! Proximity to walks, the property has its own private park with deers that you can feed! Great outdoor pool and amenities. The setting is magical, nature is everywhere! The owners of the property take pride to make guest's every move enjoyable to the tee! The food is incredible! The decor is hand-picked with impeccable taste both in restaurants and rooms. The grounds are superb in beauty and location.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Lovely location. Reception, bar and cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff - generally very polite. Beautifully decorated spa facilities. The pool area was exceptional. Relaxation areas were wonderful made even better by having access to herbal teas. Fresh clean towels always available. During our stay the hotel seemed full however the spa facilities were always quiet and at times we were the sole users. The food was phenomenal! Well presented and tasty. Good choices. Even the tables were laid beautifully with space around each table. The treat of afternoon cakes was great with a good selection. Our room was situated at the front of the hotel and a good size with a seating area but the bathroom was a little small with the shower doors not opening fully due to restricted space. The parking spaces felt quite generous and the green areas, although not huge were always well maintained. From a British perspective, seeing the owner present, serving and chatting to guests was lovely to see. The staff wore traditional clothing which added to the experience of our stay.

The view was amazing. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake. The infinity pool also had a fantastic view. The room was huge - we could have spent the day there. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they waited until we were out of the room to clean, helped us with cycling trails and setting up their bikes, very attentive without being suffocating at meal times, reception and the bar.
