The location was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed the space in our room and having a fridge was a great convenience. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. A special mention to the breakfast, it was good quality, and having the option to sit outside in the garden in the silence was the perfect start to the day. The staff were also incredibly attentive and welcoming.

The location is outstanding, with all the comfort one can expect. The dinners were fabulous, very different from the "average" schnitzel one can get in Germany. The service by Cara was perfect and friendly. There are 2 pools, multiple saunas, a well equipped fitness room, and a fabulous garden away from city noises.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was well located and the staff was very friendly. We loved the traditional look of the hotel and the breakfast!

Accomodation in studio was very nice and comfortable. It has balcony with astounishing view on lake Titisee. Kontinental breakfast was very delicious with plenty of varieties to chose from.

Such a great hotel it’s very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly, it’s a two minute walk to the wonderful lake. The breakfast is delicious and has everything you need would definitely stay again.

The atmosphere, it follows a nice theme of winter coziness everywhere. Super clean rooms, and generally in tip top condition, everything works as it should. The location is super convenient to just walk around the village and not take the car. We where blown away by the breakfast buffet, one of the best organised and packed buffet with so many options, all quality products and delicious. Generally a simple yet super luxurious experience that we didn't want to end! 20/10 advised.

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely town of Hinterzarten. The double room I was in was large and with a great size balcony; the spotlessly clean bathroom that looked like it had been installed recently. The hotel has excellent wellness facilities. And there is great food available for breakfast and served for dinner. The hotel is run by a family which creates a great atmosphere and services are delivered with great care and pride. It is relatively easy to travel to Hinterzarten by public transport and the hotel is within 10 mins walk from the railway station. The forest trails start within less than 100 meters from the hotel. There are great many forest walks and lots of things to do in the area.

It’s quiet, among the forest and full of history. What a gem to the area.
