Excellent experience. We arrived very late because we were travelling from Luxembourg. But the lady was so kind and waited for us until we arrived late midnight. She showed us our room. The breakfast was delicious and full of options to eat from. She even gave us bags to take food for Europa-Park. The location is very good, just 10 minutes walk to Europa-Park. Totally recommend this place.

Great team, amazing service, tasty food and highest room quality. Difficult to find this quality in a hotel nowadays. Yes, a bit to drive always, but the value is a great views, quietness, forest, sauna and tasty food. Absolutely a recommendation.

We had one of the apartments and it was so well stocked, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. We had everything we needed, and more. The pool was lovely and restaurant was brilliant. We stayed over Easter and our 3 and 6 year old were thrilled to find the Easter Bunny had visited and left chocolate on Easter Sunday morning outside our front door! Staff were also friendly and helpful.
