Beautiful Hotel with attention to detail throughout. Spa area is amazing as is the pool (especially when it is snowing!). Facilities there are great. Service was amazing, hotel staff super friendly and kind. Gluten free bread/options were also available for my friend.

Very nice and modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and nice comfortable rooms. The best shower we have had in our 4 week trip through 9 countries and 15 hotels/apartments. Convenient and good parking under the hotel at reduced rates. Nice gesture with coupons on arrival for free ice-cream right on the outside of the hotel. The hotel couldn’t have been more central in Nürnberg to see all the sites and eat out - quite perfect.

Bad Windsheim is a charming town. It took us a bit of roaming to find the hotel but it was well worth it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide little surprises like chocolate Santas on the pillows. The room was huge and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The bar which also serves fare like pizza is great.

Food and drink were excellent quality - wonderful home cooked schnitzels, and fresh beer. Facilities in room were superb - complementary coffee, mineral water, and a self service beer fridge.
