The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to show us around, explain everything in (very good!) English and answer all our questions. We even got a free room upgrade so our son got to play on the playstation in the room.

The room, food, and the staff were wonderful. The Spa was unfortunately fully booked and we could not enjoy a massage. The staff recommended to book ahead of time.

With apartments in 7 separate buildings and a large wellness area with pool, this resort in Winterberg is the ideal base for an active holiday in any season.

We felt more like home and my 16 and 12 years old children enjoyed thier stay . The swimming pool and the sauna was great. Staffs were friendly and breakfast was wonderful.

I booked late and arrived late after a 14km hike! The kitchen was already closed, but they still made me a light meal! Ibwas only there for one night, but everything looked so good and the people were very helpful! The breakfast was very good, but as i've been to many hotels, the breakfast was standard for that kind of pricerange, so that's still excelent but not different. It might be because i chose the stirred eggs and bacon with herbs mixed in(so not very local). The outside was very nice and clean! Eventough they(landscapers) were working outside my window i only noticed when i opened the windows. So even for a short stay this was worth the max amount of stars!
