Hotel Spa Casa Real ligger i Riobamba och erbjuder 4-stjärnigt boende med en trädgård, en terrass och en bar. The first room we were shown had a very dirty floor and the toilet leaked. The doorman did not offer to carry any of our suitcases even though we arrived at night in the rain with 2 small children and he could see we were struggling. He was the only staff member in the whole hotel. He wasn’t happy about having to look for another room For us. The other staff the next day were equally indifferent to us.

The architecture is nice with beautiful green spaces and a pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast that is normally at 8 am was changed for us at 7 am because we had to leave earlier. Also they gave us another blanket to sleep cause it was cold at night.
