This Steigenberger hotel is situated in the heart of Luxor and provides modern accommodation with stunning views of the Nile. The spacious rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV. Our stay was absolutely amazing — truly a dream experience. The hotel staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. We also booked the NASCO tour, which was outstanding thanks to their strong team and knowledgeable, professional guides. Highly recommended.

Set within 200 metres of Colossi of Memnon and 1.4 km of Medinet Habu Temple, Saray El Omda - Wellness & Retreat Village features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Luxor. The hotel is amazing, it was a reasonably priced, very comfortable stay. It feels very traditionally built but with all modern comforts. It is very quiet and relaxing, everything was very clean, and very close to valley of the kings etc. the surrounding area isn’t the most touristy but the hotel feels very safe and is a very large clean area.

Very quiet, clean, good value, there is also a kitchen if you need to cook your own food, I had my flight in the afternoon and the owner let me stay until 17.00 without charging me for more. The boy that helps is very kind and not for the tips. My room had a beautiful Nile view. I was ill and the owner prepared special tea with herbs for me.

It was very clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The shower is excellent and there is AC in the bedroom with a powerful fan in the living room. The staff is excellent - the manager arranged a felucca ride and airport transfer for us at good prices. We felt very well taken care of. The restaurant across the street Sunset is amazing. Hassan, the owner arranged breakfast for us on our early check-out day. Strongly consider staying on the west side - it is quieter with village style elements, and has a lot fewer folks hassling you to hire them. But another major advantage is the evening view of the East side with sights like Luxor Temple. Great area. Such a lovely stay.
