I loved the private feel of the hotel. It was very well maintained. Ms. Christine, the guest relations manager was amazing. She was nice and so respectful to my older parents and helped me deal with an issue with high priority. She made each guest feel special. I will continue to stay at this property because of her.

A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

Eslam was very hospitable. He offered to organise anything without being pushy. We took advantage of his personal river tour and were put on his boat for 4 -hours. Aswan is beautiful. A complete juxtaposition of Cairo's chaos. The river here, near the dam is pristine and clean.. We swam at a golden sand beach reminiscent of a Mediterranean beach.
