The resort is very well maintained, beautifully built and complimented by it’s decor and vibrant colours. Breakfast and dinner was of good quality and we truly loved having dinner overlooking an incredible view. The pool is a plus to the resort and we happen to use it alot.Last but not least the staff are super friendly and helpful. I loved everything about the hotel: spacy well decorated room with stunning view, breakfast in historic 1902 restaurant, beautiful territory with a nice pool, staff is welcoming etc.

Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

We took a cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The cruise staff are all friendly and willing to help, including reception, housekeeping, and all staff in the restaurant. We felt at home with a big family. When we didn't have lunch, the hotel even left the full package of lunch at our room. The facility is modern and clean. We spent great time during this journey.
