We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The staff truly made our stay special. When the wonderful woman at the reception found out we were on our honeymoon, she arranged a lovely wedding cake and a room upgrade for us, which was such a kind and thoughtful surprise. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is in a great, central location in a safe and secure part of Cairo. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a huge variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water, tea, and coffee. We also enjoyed the small pool, which was a nice place to relax and never felt overcrowded. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

Everything is great, polite and professional workers, great room service, very safe and secured. Receptionists were very nice to me, the call that I received to my room to make sure everything is good was great. When I arrived I was welcomed and was guided to my room. There was no issue with checking out or checking in services. I plan to book this hotel sometimes in the future again. I really like the people working there ! Thank you very much.

I had a wonderful stay at Livingville in New Cairo. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern touch. It truly felt like home.
