All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is in a great, central location in a safe and secure part of Cairo. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a huge variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water, tea, and coffee. We also enjoyed the small pool, which was a nice place to relax and never felt overcrowded. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

The staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible, offering extras like bottled water and tours from and back to the hotel without being too pushy. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk, and the entire F&B Staff and Management for the special treatment when we were in need, and of course the concierge/limousine service for their assistance throughout our stay!
