The staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible, offering extras like bottled water and tours from and back to the hotel without being too pushy. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk, and the entire F&B Staff and Management for the special treatment when we were in need, and of course the concierge/limousine service for their assistance throughout our stay!
