From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by your employee who made us feel amazing right from the start. She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. Her exceptional service set the tone for a wonderful visit. The rooftop restaurant, with its delicious food and stunning city views, also featured a great pool. The waitress was also amazing. The main pools were excellent too, and we loved the free bike rentals for exploring. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. We also appreciated the option to check out later and use the hotel facilities until our departure for the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again! Situated in Ciutadella, 300 metres from Cala Santandria Beach, Gran Sagitario features accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This trip was a birthday gift for my boyfriend, so I asked for a room with a nice view and the reservation department made it true. A very nice view to the pool and side seaview. Also a queen size bed, and a very nice and clean room. Housekeeping does the best job, a whole hotel is very clean, well done! Breakfast and dinner were also really tasty. We also got a complimentary sparkling wine on his bday. It was a nice and relaxing trip and thank you for a pleasant experience!
