Sergio,the reservation,manager was very helpful assisting us with the last minute changes, everyone is very attentive and cheerful :)

I originally booked a different hotel, but after reading reviews I decided to change to Copaiba and I have no regrets. The room was modern, clean, and the staff was very nice. I really enjoyed the long brunch/breakfast. The location is close to the beach and various restaurants. The area is very German, so just be prepared for that (I personally don't care and it still surprised me).

We loved our room. Clean and tidy! Hotel situated in a perfect area. Close to city. A Lovley balcony. Comfortable beds. The staff were so helpful ❤️ We will definitely come back!

The staff were of a very high standard, going out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Spa was fantastic!, The lady responsible was so nice and made us feel very welcome & Relaxed!!! The building, lobby, rooms, pool, outdoors area , all felt new/renewed and very spacious everywhere. The restaurant buffet tasted very good and the staff workers were excellent

Located in Playa de Palma, Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace & Spa features a garden, a terrace, an outdoor pool and a spa centre. There is free WiFi throughout. We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.
