There was enough lighting available, which is quite rare for cottages in general! Clean and snow work made well.

Nora and Jermu, the owners are a wonderful couple — we really enjoyed talking to them and felt so welcome. The food in the restaurant was amazing, truly fine dining. They even lit the fire for us in the evening, which made the whole atmosphere so cosy and special. The views from our room were beautiful, the spa was great with the outdoor jacuzzi and the breakfast on our last morning was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. We’d happily come back.

Host was lovely and very welcoming, and super helpful at giving us advice on the area. Accommodation was cosy and beautifully decorated, everything you needed was there. Great location to stay, close to santa Claus village, town and supermarket. Jacuzzi and ice plunge was a fab optional extra, plus the host does all his own excursions so super easy to book anything. Absolutely amazing, can't wait to go back.

Very cosy cottage with nice fireplace and Sauna. The wifi was first not working but the host, who is vers kind btw, fixed it within 10min.

A bouncy castle and toys are found in the children's playing area. Great hotel in the center of Levi. We got room upgrade for free. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Spa was not included in room rate but the hotel offer very good price if you are leaving here. Spa also was very good. Would stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast was average but satisfied our needs and our son's fussy eating. The hotel is amazing, it has a wonderful play area, surrounded by open space to do winter sports, has a wonderful private sauna and the room was a big apartment. Wonderful staff!
