Amazing location, it's great to be able to stay in a cute cabin in the Arctic Circle. The cabin is clean, big and charming. The sauna is amazing, although it may be small for more than two people. The staff was so nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Very Friendly Staff, Hotel is beautiful and clean. Breakfast is amazing and full of options. We also asked for an earlier check-in as we were arriving to Rovaniemi with the night train from Helsinki at 11am, and our room was ready when we reached the hotel at noon!

Our room was basic but nice and clean and comfortable. We had 3 rooms booked and it was nice for our group to meet up in a communal lounge to play some card games that we had with us in the evening. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were lovely and we had a nice swim and water aerobics session from the screen. The breakfast was great. The heating post for the car was a great bonus as we were there during very cold weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotels in northern Finland. Location, service at reception, very delicious breakfast, super professional and friendly stuff. Rooms are big and warm. Very good vibe at this hotel and amazing Panorama sauna. The breakfast is 11 out of 10 We would like to visit you again next winter and keep same services. You are the best up there. I highly recommend this place

The hotel is beautiful, stylish (it's a boutique hotel) and the breakfast! I can say it was the best of the whole trip, it's just fantastic! Not only visually wonderful, it's full of options and has just about everything! We loved it! The bed is super comfy, the room has a good size and is very well furnished and lit. The hotel has a restaurant and the food is excellent! And the window opens, even just a little , which is an important point for us, because we need a cool room to sleep and It's not often that the room temperature is cool enough for us to sleep in. The hotel has a very good location in Rovaniemi if you don’t want to drive, and has parking lot as well.

Really nice hotel just on the other side of the border. Nice personnel. I could check out and Store my luggage throughout the day before taking the night train to Helsinki in the late evening from Tornio-Itäinen.

The live egg counter was good and the blue berry powder in the breakfast service. Unfortunately for dinner service they has a vegetarian lasagne which they only had served 1 dish for and which finished and that was there only main dish. So a lot of people like myself were very dissapointed with not serving enough food and only having 1 main dish.

Reception was extremely helpful, providing clear info before arrival. Our airport transfer made late-night check-in smooth, helping us find the key and guiding us to the hotel at 2 AM in Rovaniemi. Great service! Getting to the hotel with Uber costs €60, worth it in slippery weather. A bus (around €6) is a cheaper option, but check the schedule as it runs infrequently.

Everything was great! The place has a spectacular view from the windows, next to the forest, but at the same time in the center of Santa Claus village.
