Hotel staff is very very helpful. Hotel location is very good for Lapland outdoor attractions such as husky sledging, rein deer farm visit, snow mobile tours and skiing. Staying in chalet was a good experience. We enjoyed the fireplace and sauna. We enjoyed silence of the nature around us and amazing scenery of chalet in the forest. Extra tours we purchased were amazing. Kids loved them and they will always remember the experience. Hotel staff is very helpful and they stepped in immediately when we had a heating issue once.

The place, the location and the cottage we stayed in were superb. The staff is really lovely and offer superb service. Our cottage was clean and so lovely, with all amenities included. The place is located in a little town called Hetta, that's within driving distance from many great areas and sights in the "arm of Finland" part of Lapland. Excellent hiking grounds and wildnerness areas for both day and longer hikes both in the town around the arm area. I very highly recommend this place!

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The sauna in the room worked really good, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and it's available until 10. Products are fresh and local. It's really a pleasure to eat at Lapland Hotels. We had also a rich buffet dinner for twenty-five euro, we ate a lot of delicious food and we were really satisfied. Check out is at 11 am, which is convenient. Lots of parking space. Wi-Fi worked good as well. Nice gift shop near the reception.

Brilliant hotel in a peaceful location overlooking Rovaniemi, the Lapland Suites are well suited for Families and well laid out. The in-room sauna was a nice addition to the room. The beds were comfortable. The whole room just felt warm and inviting. Breakfast was had a great selection to choose from, including gluten free with a nice view from the sky restaurant overlooking the snow-covered trees. Staff are very helpful and welcoming, and all public areas of the hotel were immaculate and clean.

The owners made us feel really welcome and did everything in their power to offer top service. We've asked a cabin with open view to the forest and they made sure it met our expectations. They also surprised us with a gift in the room, once they knew that we were traveling for our wedding anniversary. The room and bathroom are nicely designed and very comfortable ,the whole concept of this hotel is amazing and high quality...Nina and her husband have created a hidden gem in Lapland!

A magical place! The staff were helpful and considerate and could not do enough to make our 4 night stay a pleasure. We stayed in the Aurora Cabin for 4 nights and it was excellent. The sauna in the room was also an added bonus. The buffet food was good. In the two other hotels we stayed at in Helsinki and Lapland, both had Porridge on the menu for breakfast. All in all a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend the Wilderness Hotel, Muotka to anyone.

If I had to use one word to summarize our stay, it would be: Exceptional! The design of the igloo/apartment was amazing. The views from the room were lovely, and the private hot tub + sauna were wonderful. They served the best breakfast in Lapland and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner at their restaurant. The staff was courteous, friendly, and did everything to make our stay amazing. If you have plans to visit Rovaniemi, you MUST stay here!

we had the most amazing stay in this fantastic apartment, perfect for our large family. everything we needed was supplied by the apartment. we couldn't have wished for anything more. excellent location for a beautiful stay in lapland. would definitely stay here again. only 25 minute walk to the local supermarket. the host was fantastic, great communication and all information was provided in advance. would highly recommend.

It is a luxurious and spacious house with three bedrooms, a large sauna and a balcony with a wonderful view. It is an amazing location, as if it were a legend. Our group consisted of two families with children, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely return to this house if we were to return to Lapland. It has been a pleasure staying in your amazing apartments and accommodations. Thank you very much!

Located in City Center, this apartment was absolutely amazing. Our host was very friendly, professional, and willing to work with us to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The layout of the apartment, the beds, the furnishings, and the hominess of the apartment made us feel at ease in Lapland. Everything provided worked well and you could see the thought that was involved in selecting the items in the apartment.

We stayed in the Aurora Glass Cabin, the location is great, above Saariselkä, perfect if you want to walk around and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lapland. The room was nice, well equipped with all you need, and the views through the glass ceiling are really magical. Staff was super helpful, we also enjoyed dinner in the hotel's restaurant and rented snow shoes from them to have a walk around.

Excellent breakfast and lovely dinner as well. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. The view to Saana is breathtaking and the location of the hotel is very good, only few minutes from all the major nature trails of the area. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Finland. Not just plastic Lapland decor for foreign tourists, but an authentic place with wonderful atmosphere.

Kristiina was really lovely. She sent me a message with useful information prior to my arrival, and she was there to help with anything you might need. The room was very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the breakfest and the coffee in the hotel's restaurant. We stopped twice in 2 weeks during our vacation to Lapland, and we will for sure come again during our next visit in the area.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip to Lapland. The staff was communicative and helpful for all the pre-arrival logistics. The location is interesting, right next to a frozen lake and guests have snow shoes and sledges available to use. We also saw aurora from our rooms while lying in bed which was lovely.

The overall experience of this place is excellent. The hotel itself, staff, services and offers inside the hotel. We were very satisfied with our holiday in this place. Various recreational opportunities. Looking forward to returning to Lapland and to this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, nutritious and plentiful.

It’s a compact but very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location to walk to the market, restaurants, ski park, Husky & Co., Lapland safaris, etc. for all the activities. The large dryer was a great addition to help all the layers dry out by morning. Sauna in the bathroom also very nice.

we have loved our stay at nova Skyland resort! the space is immaculate and the staff is wonderful! The food and drinks at the hotel were some of the best we have ever had. the hotel is close to Santa Claus village and easy to get tours in and out of. highly recommend this hotel for those staying in Lapland!

the location and the facility is great. we stayed at a kammi suite which is the best option to go at Apukka. integrated amazingly into the Lapland landscape and just beside the lake it offers a unique experience! great also is at Apukka you can get almost all adventure packs in house

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern with a Lapland twist. We stayed in a room with a sauna, and both the room and the sauna were gorgeous. On top of all of this their customer service was amazing! Highly recommend the hotel to everyone wishing to stay in Saariselkä.

Location is amazing , everything is super modern, hotel is always clean and smell great , service is great, they clean every day the room, they fill your refrigerator with best things for breakfast every day. Great experience, highly recommended to everyone who visit Lapland.
