This property was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very accommodating and were available on WhatsApp for any questions or requests I might have. The Arctic Studio is so aesthetically decorated and I love how the room had its own sauna.

The location gives a beautiful view, magical sunrise, magical sunset, beautiful all white crystal snow, just soo soo beautiful.

This hotel is truly a gem, especially during the winter season, and it’s conveniently located not too far from the city. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The food was excellent, with good quality and variety, and every meal was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate the three of us, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The private outdoor jacuzzi and sauna were a real highlight—perfect for unwinding after a long day and added great value to the stay. Overall, the hotel offered a peaceful and comfortable experience with great facilities, excellent service, and a convenient location. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to visit again in the future.

Our stay at Gáldu was truly magical, from the moment we arrived we were met with such a warm welcome. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, they taught us about Finish and Sami culture which was brilliant. Our room was spotless and had the most amazing views of the forest. The Gáldu team organised excursions for us to do which were fantastic (snowmobiling, ice fishing, husky sledding) and gave us other suggestions about what to do on the days we didn’t have anything booked. The food was exceptional and we went for full board, we were truly spoiled by each person we met. Our beds were so comfortable and we had the most amazing sleep each night. We spent every afternoon enjoying the spa which was extremely luxurious. They really made our trip so special. The hotel is the perfect viewing spot for the northern lights, we saw them so clearly from our bedroom on the last night.

The hotel is ideally situated to enjoy winter activities and of course see the northern lights. Its location, away from the main road, is great for a nature experience.
