We liked all, everything … and then some :). Really authentic homestead with view to a lake, wooden stove and exceptional sauna (separate building). Host is super friendly and helpful. Would go back any time .

The host, Erkki was extremely helpful, super friendly and he is also an amazing storyteller. He made my stay absolutely memorable with his warm presence. To me, he is what a host should ideally be like. Helpful, friendly, social and what I liked the most, he is a great storyteller. The place was at an amazing location depending on what your preferences are. Its near the forest, and at the outskirts of Ivalo, so it's very quiet and if you are lucky, you can see the Northern Lights from the backyard. Also, the bus stop to Inari or to the Airport is a 5 minute walk away. It offers a good value for money, it's not luxurious, but it's cozy, it has it's own tiny breakfast spot where porridge is served daily. You have showers, and you also have a sauna there. I lived in the dormitory, and I also had good experience with my roommates. Overall, 10 out of 10, will go there again for sure!

Perfect place for a trip in Lapland! The location of the camping is great for seeing the Northern Lights since it is a place far from the city lights. We enjoyed the comfortable, clean and quiet cabin. The stuff is very welcoming and keep to help you with everything! You can easily access Ivalo centre by bus for food groceries and then cook in the camping’s shared kitchen.

This Finnish Lapland holiday village is situated right by the Ivalo River. It offers double rooms, holiday cottages, a caravan area, summer cottages and a camping area.
