Very cute little wooden cabins; I loved the coziness of the rooms with the mezzanine and the Christmas decorations everywhere (including a star in each room’s window). It just felt very magical, especially with the snow piled high outside (but the walkways were cleared perfectly!). The main building (e.g. for breakfast) was a very short distance from the cabins, making it very walkable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

This peaceful hotel lies within 5 minutes’ drive of Ylläs Ski Resort. Guests enjoy free gym and sauna access, as well as free private parking. A regular ski bus stops nearby.

The cottage is nice and very close (5~6 min by car) to ski resort. They have prepared 5 beds including sheets and duvet before we arrived. In the morning we saw sun rise of mountain from window of one of our bedroom. Also two bedrooms are very comfortable for accommodation for us 3 adults and two kids, even we didn't use the loft. Only pity we just stay for weekend and kids need go back to school on Monday.

The stunning location of Lapland Hotel Äkäshotelli is well-suited to cross country skiers and mountain hikers. Enjoy spectacular views of snow-covered fields and hills dotted with pine trees.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Am very satisfied with our stay here and would love to be back.

The Lapland Hotel Ylläskaltio provides functional accommodation with ski routes and sledding tracks starting right outside the door. A ski shuttle is available from the front of the hotel.

Exceptionally well equipped, very quiet, cozy and clean. Perfect location for skiing, with convenient access to airport and slopes with bus. Cross-country skiing trails run just a couple steps away. Very kind hosts, we will most definitely return!
