Sophie gave us such a warm welcome to her beautiful place. It has stunning views, spotless rooms that were beautifully decorated and a lovely space to relax after your journey. Sophie offered to cook for us, so we shared a delicious dinner and breakfast together. The food was delicious and the hospitality was exceptional. We all left feeling very happy. We cannot recommend it highly enough. We’d love to come back.

The property was renovated in the last couple of years and they did an exceptional job. Everything is just like new. The surrounding property is also very beautiful. We rented the room that has a sitting area and extra bed. It has access to the large exterior balcony you can see in the above photo. There is gently rolling farmland with horses and Charley cows. Truly wonderful. Everything was done so tastefully from the linens, bedsheets and drapes to the napkins and silverware for the morning breakfast which was delicious. Carmelle and her husband could not have been nicer or more helpful. And the price was so reasonable.

One of the highlights was sharing both breakfast and dinner with all the guests and Julien at one long table. It created such a warm and friendly atmosphere, making it so easy to meet lovely people from all over. The room was good, nicely decorated, and came with an view over the fields and mountains – both from the room and the garden. It was the perfect peaceful setting to relax and enjoy nature. Dinner each night was a real treat. Julien prepared a delicious 3-course meal that easily matched restaurant quality – it felt like a gourmet experience every evening.
