Excellent location on a beautiful beach - very quiet. The breakfast, included with our room, was amazing with beautiful choices of fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. - and of course the "English Breakfast" options.

Mine was upgraded to a junior suite which had pretty much full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom, couch on lounge with tv's in both areas. The hosts are lovely and welcoming and leave enough food for breakfast but lasted us the whole 4 days we were there inc an omelette for dinner one evening. Lovely spot out a Bouley Bay with buses that will drop you off at the door.

With a outdoor swimming pool, Norfolk Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Helier and the picturesque Howard Davis Park. Incredible staff and a great location. The grounds were lovely and there were plenty of activities on the property including a large swimming pool, pool table, and a room for socializing. There was evening music. Our room was modestly decorated and very clean.The bed was comfortable and our view very nice. The breakfast was good and the price for our room was very reasonable.

The room had a separate bath and shower and was very quiet with blackout dark curtains and comfortable beds. The amenities from plush bathrobe and slippers to sewing kit, vanity kits, shoe shine, mini bar, complimentary water, coffee, and tea facilities were a nice addition. The spa with swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms (aromatherapy and salt) and quiet area was fabulous. Breakfast was overlooking the front of the hotel and was an excellent spread buffet or made to order. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. The outside bar area was a great place to watch the world go by with additional heaters over the tables I cannot fault this hotel.
