Indulge in island living at the 5-star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, perfectly situated on the Esplanade and just one minute from the golden sands of St Aubin's Bay. There are lots of positive things to say about this hotel! For me the stand out thing through was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (I'm sorry not to remember everyone's names, but huge thanks to the lovely Ronojoy and Charlotte, the restaurant, bar and breakfast staff). I was with my elderly parents both of whom have a disability and the staff really went above and beyond to help and be kind, I am more grateful than I can say. The staff were truly outstanding and it made our holiday. Other big positives were: the convenience of the bar restaurant, and the food was really excellent both there and at breakfast, everything was delicious and there was a great range of options; our rooms all had wonderful sea views of the bay and Elizabeth castle; my parents used the spa and loved it; rooms had lots of storage space, nice toiletries in the bathrooms and comfy beds.

Greenhills Country Hotel has a peaceful setting in the heart of the green lanes of St. Peter and offers an outdoor heated pool and pretty, colourful gardens. Lovely location, a very clean and beautifully renovated historic building. The staff were exceptional, perfectly friendly and efficient and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - nothing was too much trouble!

I was waiting for a call regarding a sports commitment, which in the meantime required relaxation and tranquility, as well as easy access to the sea. At Undercliff Guest House, I found everything I was looking for, plus the added bonus of surprising kindness from those who welcomed me. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, everything clean and fully functional. I wasn’t there for a vacation, but it was still a wonderful, comfortable, and restorative stay. From the property, there are at least a couple of trails that lead to exploring the coast, walks of several kilometers immersed in nature where birds of all kinds reign supreme. Go there, it’s beautiful.

With a outdoor swimming pool, Norfolk Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Helier and the picturesque Howard Davis Park. Lovely property, within walking distance of everything we wanted. Loved breakfast served by the sweetest staff. Loved all the various areas of the hotel to sit & enjoy our holiday (even poolside when it was warm enough).

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, it exceeded our expectations. Great staff, large bedroom, restaurant was excellent and very good value.

Situato in una posizione ideale nel centro di St Helier, il Royal Yacht offre una piscina, una sala vapore e trattamenti estetici presso la Spa Sirene, sistemazioni eleganti con connessione WiFi... The room had a separate bath and shower and was very quiet with blackout dark curtains and comfortable beds. The amenities from plush bathrobe and slippers to sewing kit, vanity kits, shoe shine, mini bar, complimentary water, coffee, and tea facilities were a nice addition. The spa with swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms (aromatherapy and salt) and quiet area was fabulous. Breakfast was overlooking the front of the hotel and was an excellent spread buffet or made to order. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. The outside bar area was a great place to watch the world go by with additional heaters over the tables I cannot fault this hotel.
