The hotel is great and the couple that run it are very nice, accomodating, and helpful. Very clean and well maintained rooms and common areas. The pool is also really nice, even though it's a stone's throw away from Μπλε Λιμανακι (Blue Harbour beach) and Maltezana beach, and a few hundred meters away from Plakes. The hotel is conveniently positioned in the middle of Astypalaia, so it's easy to drive west to Chora and drive east to other beaches or Vathi.

Elias and Ἑλένη make everything exact for your stay. The Pearl Suite is a large room with two huge terraces, with seating on both and views of Chora, the castle and out to sea. Breakfast was amazing, freshly prepped by Ἑλένη everyday, home made bread, omelette, fresh fruit, baklava, cake and more, with fresh coffee and juice. The room is clean and checked daily, and the pool area is always tidy. Nothing is too much trouble for these amazing hosts, making it feel like home from home.

The view from every angle was amazing and the room had every amenity you could ask for. The heated pool was also an amazing feature and the breakfasts were always tasty and made to order. Finally, Dimitris and Kate were so hospitable and took care of every detail. We felt like royalty.
