Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

There’s a lovely courtyard with a pool, a dedicated study room, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious common areas for cooking and relaxing. The bathrooms are spotless, as they are cleaned multiple times throughout the day, and I never experienced any crowding or waiting. It’s by far the best value for money you can find — without sacrificing comfort in any way. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

The pool is clean & the food is good. The best part is the free shuttle to the city centre which takes 6-8 minutes, make sure to book it in advance especially during peak season. The staff at the hotel is service minded. The room was clean and it was facing the pool and city view.
