Nice contemporary design with feature lighting in rooms. Large Balconies, some with sea views to the Venetian Harbour. Short walk to sandy beach. On bus route from airport - get off at the Cinema. Friendly staff without exception. Excellent breakfast in nice double height space with some outdoor seating too. Rooms well maintained and very clean.

Located in Chania Town, 2 km from Koum Kapi Beach, Lagon Life Spirit Boutique Hotel - Adults Only provides accommodation with free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A big thank you specifically to Chris, Vaso and Evi for their warm welcome, their generosity and their help in planning our visit of the island. The breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous. We very much appreciated enjoying our breakfast in our room or next to our private pool with a wonderful view of the port and the old town. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were also touched by the champagne bottle and the massage session that were offered to us by the hotel as a honeymoon gift. We also wanted to thank Maria Manaroli for the wonderful massage and for her professionalism. In a nutshell, our stay couldn't have been any better and we would surely come back on our next visit of Chania.

Fresh breakfast every morning. The location was perfect for us, 10 minutes walk to the centre of the old town. I would highly recommend the mojito's beside the pool!!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel’s manager, Mr. Stelios. He greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel at home right away. Throughout our stay, he was constantly present, offering thoughtful recommendations for places to eat, beaches to visit, and local attractions we might have otherwise missed. Thanks to his insight, we got to explore the real, vibrant side of Crete — not just the touristy parts. Stelios has a rare gift. He understands people, anticipates their needs, and makes you feel like more than just a guest — he makes you feel like a friend. You can tell he's been in this business for a long time, and he truly loves what he does. We've already promised to return in the next couple of years, this time with our child — and I can’t wait to see Stelios again and experience his warm hospitality once more. The hotel itself is spotless. Our room was recently renovated — everything smelled fresh and new, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the view... breathtaking. One of the best in Rethymno. The spacious balcony was also a great bonus. The breakfast was fresh and diverse every morning, with options for every taste. The food by the pool was a huge (and delicious) surprise — high-quality, beautifully prepared, and served quickly. The entire staff was polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was impeccable — not just surface-level cleaning, but real attention to detail. Archipelagos isn’t just a place to stay. It’s a place to feel welcome, to feel cared for, to relax, and to make memories. Mr. Stelios and his team created something special here — and we’ll always be grateful for it.
