There was a calm atmosphere throughout, and even the music from the beachside restaurant was pleasant and never too loud – just the right background for a laid-back holiday. The pool area was excellent, and the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations – the food was delicious every single time. The services at the reception, or at the restaurant and especially on the beach, was top-notch: professional, attentive, and always with a smile. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone – from the reception team to the restaurant crew and housekeeping – was incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely attentive. Their warm attitude created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. It was a relaxing and refreshing holiday for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, with a great location, perfect for those traveling by car. The breakfast was delicious; while there weren't many options, everything that was offered was exactly what we needed to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it! A small suggestion would be to have a wardrobe or some storage space, as it might be a bit inconvenient for longer stays. It wasn’t a big issue for us, we managed fine, but I think it could enhance the comfort for some guests.

The villa features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa is new and was very clean. They even cleaned every other day. Тhere is a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees, a very beautiful and well-maintained lawn, although small. There was warm and clean water in the pool which was also cleaned every morning. Modern furnishings, three bathrooms on each floor, air conditioning and TV in every room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for great coffee. Porch with a huge solid table and comfortable chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. And last but not least the hosts were extremely kind, they welcomed us and sent us off with lots of gifts and help with everything without being intrusive. Thank you very much!

Alexandros and his entire team were so friendly and made everything possible. It is an amazing location - close to great restaurants, and a 15 minute walk into neo marmaras. The pool was so nice to have. Easily the best property on the entire beach. He had paddle boards, boats and bikes for use.

Everything was so well thought through- the owner gave us his personal tips (amazing!), our kid had a separate space to sleep (privacy appreciated), generous pool hours and 30 seconds to the beach. Staying with our extended family at your hotel was exactly what we needed. I’d definitely come back!

Especially the Host, She was always aware of the guests, solving the request and fresh organic fruits were available all day. I felt that all my question were solved in seconds. A perfect support from the host. In addition the Room cleaning service was very very good and detailed. The Interieur of the apartment was excellent and very modern art.
