The hotel is amazing! Great location, quiet and walking distance to the city centre (boulevard and beach). Hotel looks fabulous, very clean and well maintained. Hotel owners are very nice and helpful. We even received a bottle of wine on our last night. It is a small detail that they do to enjoy your last night to all guests. We really loved our stay and will come back for sure.

Wonderful, very clean, comfortable and quiet apartment. My room was a loft - modern design with the kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and lounge area/balcony overlooking the pool. Perfect for solo traveller/ couple. Location perfect, everything I needed was in the walking distance. And finally, most important. Mela and her staff were very polite, kind and helpful. We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The owners of Villa Askamnya are very nice and involved. They have a garden full of olive trees, figs and leanders. I think the swimming pools will be a great attraction, they were still working on some places, but everything was functional. The breakfast was generous, with many fresh fruits from the own garden. The beach is close.

The Owner was very nice and very helpful. The facility is very thoughtfully designed. Very clean everywhere. comfortable conditions for families with children. Close to the shop and bakery. close to the beach. The swimming pool is very well-kept. I highly recommend this appartments to everyone!!

The location is very good for families with children, as there is an open restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so all three meals can be covered at the location. Also, there is a swimming pool for adults and children, and beachfront with enough space for a large number of persons (hotel clients, of course). So you can spend a full day in there and not getting bored (or children).

Everything was considered in the house. Beds and pillows are great. All furnitures were new. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Each room has own air conditioning. City centre and supermarkets are really closed to the house.. there was a park for kids. Beaches of sithonia was awesome.

The hosts of the villa are extraordinary people, you have all the facilities here, a great swimming pool, barbeque area, very well equipped rooms. If it was positioned closer to the center of the Nikiti it would be even better, it is 2 km to the center/port of from the villa , it is 800m to the sea, but here the beach is not organized you have to go 2 km which is not to much but you have to go up and down a little

The аpartment is new and very cozy. The kitchen is big and fully equipped. We realy appreciated the big fridge and the washing machine. The outdoor space is fantastic as well. Literally 3 steps and you are at the swimming pool, which was clean and never crowded.
