It's a new construction, we could tell we were possibly among the first guests in the apartment. Everything looks and smells brand new and clean. The apartment is spacious and well organized. I can't overstate the importance of mosquito nets being installed and working well at all openings (windows and the balcony doors). The bathroom is a design feat. Bedding is first class, soundproofing is excellent and the air conditioning works perfectly, so we regularly had some really good sleep there. I should stress there are two elevators at each side of the building, which we found very helpful as my wife had some recent knee injury. The property is meticulously maintained, the rooms are made daily and the towels and sheets changed every two or three days (can't tell precisely, as they always seemed clean to me). The evening before our departure, and just as we finished packing, the owner knocked at the door with a chilled bottle of a Greek white wine, boy, what a perfect ending for the overall very relaxing stay.

Very comfortable and stylish, the hosts are great people who always made sure we are well looked after. Location is close to the beach but also the town is strategically located to help you explore the stunning Sithonia beaches and towns. We loved our room and the pool, we also loved the quiet of the resort, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, letting you relax. We would strongly recommend!

Great atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the Villa. Everything about the villa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Rooms itself were well equipped and comfortable especially the kitchen. Location - The location is great, its clear a lot of effort was put into the place itself, providing spacious green environment accessible by car and close to nearby beaches while feeling private and exclusive. Amenities - The pool, private beach with floating deck and many sitting areas were perfect. Restaurant - We only discovered in our last night how talented the chef is, the fish Tartar was supreme - Do not miss on that! enjoying it sitting next to the lit pool paired with a drink was really remarkable and made us wish we tried all the menu before. Staff - special kudos to Nikos! he set example of the general friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff.

We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!
