We booked one of the smaller rooms facing the pool in the backyard and it was exactly as pictured. Not very spacious, but totally fine for a short trip. There‘s no 24/7 reception, but Marianna, who runs the place, was very easy to reach and also super nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia. The room was so nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved all the outdoor balcony areas. Pool area was also wonderful. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I could relax and enjoy Nikiti. Will definitely be staying here again if I return to Nikiti!

Excellent apartment with all amenities you need, clean, well-equipped and air-conditioned. In addition, villa has a very nice garden and beautiful view from the balcony. Swimming pool and bicycles on the property were a really nice touch. Towels and sheets were changed regularly, room cleaned very often. All in all, super value for the money.
