The pool was amazing with good garden and lots of parking space. The breakfast was ok - I would say it was a bit the same but everything you need. The owners were nice, they even arranged a room change for us when I said that on the picture when I reserved the room was on a higher floor. Even if you are situated on the first possible floor- the room is not on the ground floor like in most places. Nice kitchenette, you can have dinners or lunches if you bring a portable air fryer for example. You are 10 minutes away with car from Karydi, Fava and Trani Aumunia - the best beaches in the region In my opinion it was great for the price

The location is not too far from the center of Nikiti. Secondly, the host is very nice and friendly and eager to help in case you need something. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, microwave, electric stove in case you come with a one-two year old child.

The small pool/ jacuzzi within the facilities was a pleasant surprise. Despite the apartment being in the center of the town the soundproofing was excellent and you could barely hear anything at night with the windows closed.

The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia.
