We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The design was absolutely stunning – modern, clean, and minimalist, with high-quality materials used throughout. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The hotel is small, quiet, and peaceful – which made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. There was a calm atmosphere throughout, and even the music from the beachside restaurant was pleasant and never too loud – just the right background for a laid-back holiday. The pool area was excellent, and the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations – the food was delicious every single time. The services at the reception, or at the restaurant and especially on the beach, was top-notch: professional, attentive, and always with a smile. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone – from the reception team to the restaurant crew and housekeeping – was incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely attentive. Their warm attitude created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. It was a relaxing and refreshing holiday for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The room was large enough for two people with all the necessary facilities and amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchenette. Breakfast was rich and varied with virtually anything one might want. The staff was friendly, polite and always ready to help. The garden and pool area were amazing, offering comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, a fully-stocked pool bar for your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail. After 11 pm everything went quiet and you could sleep with your windows open, breathing in the fresh air coming from the nearby trees. Internet around the property was fast enough for people who need to do some work, while vacationing.

The villa is new and was very clean. They even cleaned every other day. Тhere is a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees, a very beautiful and well-maintained lawn, although small. There was warm and clean water in the pool which was also cleaned every morning. Modern furnishings, three bathrooms on each floor, air conditioning and TV in every room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for great coffee. Porch with a huge solid table and comfortable chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. And last but not least the hosts were extremely kind, they welcomed us and sent us off with lots of gifts and help with everything without being intrusive. Thank you very much!

The entire property was so well kept and to such a high standard. Daily housekeeping was so detail oriented, including fresh towels always. Alexandros and his entire team were so friendly and made everything possible. It is an amazing location - close to great restaurants, and a 15 minute walk into neo marmaras. The pool was so nice to have. Easily the best property on the entire beach. He had paddle boards, boats and bikes for use.
