Location was amazing right on the water and situated in quiet Nimborio. Hosts are wonderful. Efti and her family really go the extra distance to make you feel welcome. Lovely studio - very well equiped and spotless. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Thoughtful inclusion of coffee and bread etc on arrival. Everything you could possibly need for a seaside stay is provided eg. Drying rack, outdoor shower. Positioned between restaurants and two beaches for easy access.

Very well appointed, everything you could possibly need. Good shade, close to swimming area, and good tavernas.

The location of the rooms were excellent. When we got off ferry with big cases it was only few minutes walk away and not a big steep hill. Just a minute walk down to shops and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and had all we needed. Air conditioning was first class. We had room to front with small balcony so nice to sit out on in the morning . We didn't get to use the plunge pool on roof as the heat was extreme but the view was lovely

We had wonderful stay at royal villa,excellent space and facilities , Perfect location, lots of outside space and quiet corners to relax in and out of full sun,brilliant air conditioning, fabulous views, bbq perfect, the shower outside was amazing.also pool was great addition , but it was only short walk to the sea ❤️

Absolutely beautiful house with stunning views over the bay. The facilities are great with plenty of space for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds. The pool is very welcoming after a day at the marina and there is plenty of outdoor space. The children loved the canoes which were an added bonus. Michail was very helpful prior to our stay and then we were met on arrival by Yiannis who was just superb! So very kind and helpful. Thank you so very much for a fabulous stay.

The outdoor area was fantastic! It was really big and had a hot tub! The view was amazing! Watching the fishing boats come and go was so relaxing. A great place to have a glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning.

Great position and space for everyone. Fantastic to have our own pool to swim in after the day at the beach. Michail the host was great and saw that we had everything we needed!

Eleni is amazing. She went above and beyond. She takes pride in everything she does and it shows in the hotel. You are allowed to use sister hotel swimming pool. The included hot breakfast was lovely. Anytime I messaged Eleni she responded straight away. What a beautiful memorable trip to Symi. Thank you Kaminos boutique and staff.
