We always come back here as this place is constantly evolving. Every year we find new things at the property. This time is the bed, the new bed is so comfy, I slept like a log! They also revamped the pool area, more lights, nice and neat surroundings, really nice! The hosts are amazing, there is no request they deny, always there to help but never to intrude! I don’t know how they do it but swimming pool is cristal clear and jacuzzi super clean all the time!!

Villa Artemis II is an excellent, high quality 3 bedroom villa nestled in the hills a short walk (5 mins) from the delightful sleepy village and marina of Zman. Tomislav is an excellent & thoughtful host who went out of his way to make our stay smooth & comfortable with excellent attention to detail (water, a few beers, homemade olive oil etc all provided free of charge on arrival is a nice touch many other hosts forget). Tomi grew up on on Dugi Otok, so has an excellent understanding of the island showing us the best beach (Veli Zal) and even a secret off road bay. Overall Dugi Otok is a wonderful quiet & serene island which is our favourite so far on our travels to Croatia (and we've been to a good few of the more famous ones - Brac, Vis, Hvar, Korcula, Pag etc) The villa is new and immaculately clean, built with a good eye for minimal design. There are plans for Artemis III which will create a mini 'Zman Hills' above the village. Although not shown on maps as a 'beach' we actually loved the local bay the best place we found for swimming anywhere on the island as it is on the East side of Dugi Otok and sheltered from the open Adriatic as well as being protected by natural break waters, so usually very flat & calm with a very long (100 metre x 50 Metre) clear swimming area marked by buoys away from the boats. The villa pool is also nice and fun for kids. There is a friendly local shop and three places to eat (2 Konoba's, 1 Burger bar) + one cafe / ice cream spot which are all very handy. There are quite a few fancy villas already and more being built so Zman definitely looks like a place 'on the up'. We don't often go back to the same place twice but actually we would most definitely return to Zman & Villa Artemis. You will not be disappointed to book.

Villa Gaby with Heated Pool ligger i Božava og har aircondition og en balkon. Denne villa har privat pool, have, grill, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Perfect place, perfect host, perfect island, perfect village. We have spent a few days in the villa Gaby in Božava on the island Dugi otok. It's a perfect getaway for a family, even two families, or a group of friends. The villa offers everything. And when I say everything, I mean it. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with basic spices. The host Gaby waited for us and prepared the warmest welcome ever. The villa has three large bedrooms (and a smaller one with a bunk bed) and three bathrooms, which is great, a large living room and a kitchen plus the ouside area with a nice and warm swimming pool. It's even better than the photos:). Everything was perfectly clean and we had one of the best holidays. The village is perfect even for longer walks (it has some nice paths by the sea) and of course you can discover the hidden places for sunbathing (and swimming) by the sea. And the island itself is a charming place, which has to be visited, especially Veli rat, Sakarun, Veli žal and the National park Telašćica. We had a few nice drinks at the pub in Sali with some nice reggae music. You can just relax by the pool of the villa Gaby or explore the island if you want. Fantastic! And thank you, Gaby!

Villa Mezano ligger i Žman med havudsigt. Her er gratis cykler, en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool og en have. Der er også gratis wi-fi. Amazing villa with a beutiful location. Fully equipped, everything was there what we needed. Host is always at your disposal with any kind of questions. Very comfortable. Small beach is in 5 minutes on foot. Small shop with necessary groceries, restaurants, bar, cafeteria is also in 5 minutes. Peaceful location. Very secure. No big crowd. Also perfect for family holiday. We were 4 adults and 4 little kids. Kids enjoyed the stay also very much. The villa is absolutely suitable also if you don't want to go out a day but just relax at home.

For what we wanted (quiet vacation away from many people in a private place), this was pretty much the best hotel so far that fit our needs that we visited
