Situated in Lagoi, 90 metres from Lagoi Beach, Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Lovely stay at hotel indigo. Staff were all very friendly, and we received quick service. Spacious facilities, I enjoyed that there were two pools and a lot of seating areas.The beach in front of the hotel was kept very clean. We had half board, which included a buffet breakfast and three course dinner. The food had good flavour and we really enjoyed several dishes. However, the quality was inconsistent — the fish was dry, and the same meal ordered on different days was noticeably different in taste and presentation, with that said we stayed for 4 nights and definitely had more excellent meals. I would recommend this hotel and would return myself.

Lovely complimentary touches, such as free tasty treats given out in the evenings. Great range of activities provided. Nice local ethnic related experiences such as sambal-making demonstrations. Nice kids play area. Three great restaurant options on-site, at quite reasonable prices for such a classy resort.

We liked that it was so far from anywhere. We wanted a relax away from it all & we were very happy with that.

Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Located in Lagoi, 500 metres from Lagoi Beach, Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

Facing the beachfront, The Kelong Trikora Resort offers 3-star accommodation in Kangkakawal and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. We spent 6 days at the Kelong Trekora Resort and it was the most beautiful on the whole island. The green garden, the pool and the houses were simply fantastic 😊. Linda and Erix were always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Erix served ginger tea and wonderful food and Linda organized a scooter for us without any complications. We felt completely at home and would like to say a big thank you to Linda and Erix 🙏.

Great selection and friendly staff, especially big shout out to Sonia in reception and Indra in the bar they contributed to make my stay very special.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.
