Situated in Kota Kinabalu and with Filipino Market Sabah reachable within 1.7 km, Ritz Residence, Imago Mall Loft B features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout... Very nice and friendly staff - they explained all details of arrival in advance, sent me a google maps link and met me near the car entrance with a parking card. It was very easy to find the property and to check in. A great location! Really great. Just 10 min drive from the airport. You live just in a large mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. A good supermarket just a few steps from your room. Walking distance to the seafront promenade. A great place to meet a sunset and to have a dinner by the sea.

We loved the hotel. Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast. We were even allowed to store our bags there since we took a tour and came back here a few days after. Only point to improve is the airport transfer service, as it was not punctual.

It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

I'm always stay at Marina court condominiums because the location are strategic and easy to access to all attraction in KK.But this is my first time stay at Gee homestay I was surprised that all facilities are complete and new .The apartment are so clean .Beds are so comfy.im definitely will come back to this apartment for my future visit . 💯 Recommend to all.The price offered are so reasonable.Maybr in future the owner to add water filter .
