The Botanica Sanctuary is a peaceful haven that combines beauty, relaxation and discovery. Comprised of 166 luminous rooms – including 38 Suites, two restaurants and a rooftop infinity pool. Everything was perfect. The staff were very professional and nice. The facilities were great.

Mason Pine Hotel Bandung boasts modern minimalist decorations and is surrounded by the beautiful Bandung scenic mountain range, Saguling lake, and rice paddies. The staff were super friendly and attentive . One of the best customer service experience I’ve had.

The staff were friendly and attentive (thanks to Pak Hilmansyah), always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
