The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!
