We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Everything. I had no idea they’ve been around for 10 years and to have a solid 9/10 rating says a lot! Hard to downgrade from that experience. We stayed for 4D3N and hardly had enough time to explore what Sadi could offer. We slept well to the waves, stargaze. and woke up trying to catch the sunrise. We went cockles picking, and wanted to try kayaking next! We also love spacing out at the cafe and can I say that they have the best banana fritters, we had them 3 days in a row. The kelong next door serves the best crabs at a good price too, so we had lovely variations to our meals. Special thanks to Lun who is always so smiley, and for all the staff for taking such good care of us.

Staff are friendly and lovely, they try to accommodate requests as much as possible. Rooms simple yet clean and comfortable. Garden well taken care of and beautiful. Overall everything was well maintained, which is important for a simple hotel like this. We enjoyed our stay.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Beautiful hotel, a big, modern room with lovely furniture and great lighting. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with the best pillows. The food with local ingredients and local dishes was amazing. Plenty of choice. Staff are super friendly and happy. Prices are very fair - we wished we'd booked to stay longer.

A hidden gem away from the tourist areas. Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!

I love villa aqua. Love the room. Very breezy. Love the pool and the spacious toilet. Love the resort room service. We ordered our lunch and dinner in our room on our 1st day. Food was awesome. We basically love everything about the resort. The staff are friendly too. Will come and stay here again!
