We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Each member of the staff thinks flexibly about how to make guests enjoy their stay. They are always amazing! The resort is very well maintained, so even as some facilities age, it continues to age gracefully. It’s wonderful to find new improvements each time we come back. スタッフ一人ひとりが、どうすればゲストが滞在を楽しめるかを臨機応変に考えてくれます。本当にいつも素晴らしいです。リゾートはとても丁寧にメンテナンスされており、設備の一部が少し古くなっても、良い形で歳を重ねています。 訪れるたびに新しい改善が見られるのも素晴らしいです。 Setiap anggota staf berpikir secara fleksibel tentang bagaimana membuat para tamu menikmati masa tinggal mereka. Mereka selalu luar biasa! Resor ini dirawat dengan sangat baik, sehingga meskipun beberapa fasilitas mulai menua, resor ini tetap menua dengan indah. Everything. I had no idea they’ve been around for 10 years and to have a solid 9/10 rating says a lot! Hard to downgrade from that experience. Even when the weather was a bit gloomy if it doesn’t ruin your relaxation, you know the property is delivering exceptionally.

タンジュン・ピナンの中心部から約20分のTrikora Beach Clubは、環境に優しい海辺の宿泊施設を提供しています。敷地内に無料の専用駐車場があり、共用エリアで無料Wi-Fiを利用できます。 ラジャ・ハジ・フィサビッリラー空港から車で35分、スリ・ビンタン・プラ・フェリーターミナルから車で約1時間です。 Trikora Beach... 心地よい海風と波の音。木陰も涼しく部屋の中も快適でした!虫除けなども用意されていましたが、虫に悩まされることはなかったです。食事も選べて、ナシゴレン、ミーゴレンや、シェフのオススメや、朝食のフレンチトースト、パンケーキも美味しくスタッフもにこやかに対応してくれました。 スパも最高でした✨ フェリーターミナルから車で1時間弱かかるから、あまり混んでいない穴場のリゾート!また、ぜひ来たいです。

Nice place and very friendly staff, help us plan and take care of all the needs ahead of time and during the stay. Tasty food, pleasant setting, nice for a quick getaway from city.

Staff are friendly and lovely, they try to accommodate requests as much as possible. Rooms simple yet clean and comfortable. Garden well taken care of and beautiful. Overall everything was well maintained, which is important for a simple hotel like this. We enjoyed our stay.

Just a short ferry ride from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort and Spa Bintan Lagoon offers an ideal escape on a pristine beach. The smiles, the greetings, the food, the beverages, the cleanliness, the services all were exceptional. All staff members were attentive and always present. Dear Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Team, First of all, I would like to thank you for one of the warmest and most beautiful welcomes I have ever experienced during my travels. I would also like to thank you for one of the most wonderful stays I’ve had. An amazing breakfast, with an extraordinary team! P.S. Special thanks to Jenni, who taught me so much about Indonesian food and, most importantly, how to pair it properly! 😀 The cleanliness also deserves the highest praise—thank you for that as well. The kindness of the staff, everywhere we encountered them, the breakfast chefs, and the managers who were always present—from breakfast to dinner at the beach club—constantly checking that everything was perfect for us, truly made a difference. It was.a unique experience, nice and tranquil, hearing the waves at night was relaxing, food was amazing, they also done a bbq that was very tasty, Ari, Vina and Nana was great hosts and we can't wait to come back.
