We were upgraded to a king size room which was greatly appreciated as it was so comfortable. Bathroom was beautifully appointed and well stocked with quality products. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day with personal touches left which was greatly appreciated. Great selection of food at breakfast and dinner, which were included in our room. We thoroughly enjoyed our spice/plantation walk with the in-house naturist - Harish, who was extremely knowledgeable and showed us around with great patience. An asset to the hotel. All staff were extremely polite and helpful!! Last but not the least - buggy service was really useful!!

After travelling around other regions of India for a few weeks, Machaan felt like a quiet, serene, paradise island! The perfect place to relax and unwind. The wildlife you can see by just staying in the property is immense and with the Naturalist’s walks and guides, you learn so much during your stay. The restaurant staff and food were also incredible. We also did the waterfall, tea plantation and wild swimming with picnic excursion which we both really enjoyed - it was a private excursion and we were treated like VIPs the whole time. We loved every second of our stay.
