The property location, Room ambience, value for money. Excellent food. Very Delicious. The cook Basvaraj is awesome. The customer service is very good. Sajan served us well. The owner is very humble person.

We definitely loved our stay at the Aurika Coorg hotel! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

Horrible experience. Staff and Supervisor was behaving like a Gunda. No lift in the hotel. We senior citizen climb up to 2nd floor. TV no internet or channel subscribe. Too much cheating. Please do not recommend this property. No restaurant.

Staff were polite. Room was ok. Water was not given until asked. The cost was too much and no compliment was offered for that. Cleanliness was low.

Whatever you want or whatever you wish, the staff will give their 100% to fulfill our wish and they will make it done right. Especially Mr. Bhojraj and Mr. Basant, these two helpers were doing a v great job.. entire staff is very helpful and friendly.. we were about to checkout at 5 AM and they arranged breakfast for two pax in the morning at 5 AM.. excellent experience

Nice stay for affordable price

Room had more space than we expected for 2 person. And especially the staff was soo kind and friendly .they also provide complementary breakfast. Also they have car parking !! If you are looking for stay in madikeri u can check this out .
