Starting from the location to the politeness of the staff and the comfort of the room. It was excellent. The room was very clean and very spacious, especially the washroom. There was not a single aspect of our stay that I didn't like.

The best part was the awesome location of the hotel which was besides the river. You can hear the sound of water flowing even from your room and sitting in the balcony is a bliss. You can also go and sit alongside the river and spend hours without distraction. The staff was super courteous and I appreciate all of them, especially Praticksha.

The location is though 30 mins away from Gangtok, yet it is a personal preference as I prefer the calmness and nature around the hotel than the hustle bustle of Gangtok.Rooms come with balcony and give you awesome views. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and will a step further to meet your demands. Excellent property!
