The welcome ritual performed by Davide made the whole experience really special and set the tone for our stay. The service was outstanding, the staff incredibly helpful, and the cave pool was just breathtaking—my friend Pete especially loved the statues surrounding it. The togas, rituals, and attention to detail made the whole visit immersive and memorable. I also recommend booking an Ape Car tour through the front desk when you arrive—it’s the perfect way to explore Matera. Plus, if you call ahead, they’ll even arrange a pickup from the bus station, which is really convenient.

It Is a very peaceful and magical place. The staff has been very friendly. We had dinner there and the grigliate and grilled veggies were delicious. Desserts were also very gnammy. They gave choice over the room, they were very helpful when we couldn't close the window. The staff was super friendly and make sure that we felt at home. The dinner was really nice, the breakfast was the best of our entire trip, and the location beautiful. We had no time to enjoy the pool, but it looked fantastic as well.
