About 3 km from Bolzano, Eggentaler is a 3-star hotel 15 km from the Carezza and Latemar ski slopes. The Dolomites can be reached within 20 km. It offers a Seasonal outdoor pool, sun terrace. Probably the best hotel I've experienced. The aesthetic, quality of decor and fittings, cleanliness, upkeep are immaculate. Comfortable like home. The location next to a bubbling river, surrounded by forested hills, is refreshing. The breakfasts are brilliant, and the dinners are out of this world (though prepare to pay). The staff are on the ball, friendly, and professional.

Featuring 1200 m² of wellness facilities, this family-run resort is in the heart of the Puster Valley. Guests can admire panoramic mountain views from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

Hotel Magdalener Hof is set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bolzano. The restaurant, terrace, and swimming pool all offer beautiful views of the Dolomites. Parking is free. The room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had nice supplies - soaps and vanity box. The view was nice. It was good to have mini bar and a fresh jug of water was provided each morning, I found the staff in restaurant, reception and Bar to be extremely friendly. The housekeeping was super efficient - my room was cleaned each morning when I returned from Breakfast. The television was of excellent quality and had ample supply of channels. The breakfast buffet was superb - very well presented - even Champagne on ice. The cheese, meat, fruit, bread egg and smoked salmon variety was excellent.

Set in Monguelfo, 49 km from Novacella Abbey, Hotel Bad Waldbrunn offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We spent 2 nights in the hotel, and we really enjoyed it. It is nicely located with a beautiful view and the Director is really nice and provides great tips (Restaurants, biking tours,…) . They have e-bikes, you can borrow for free, which enables to go for great bike tours around the area. We would come back any time !!
