The hotel is great. A modern, well-designed and well-furnished building. The common areas are well-organized, spacious. The rooms are airy, you can feel the actual design effort going into them. They are well equipped, a pleasure to stay in. The staff is amazing, the hospitality, friendliness, and courteousness is top-notch. From the welcome ice-cream to the helpfulness of the staff it's all professional. The hotel has three on-site restaurants, we visited the bistro restaurant, had a great dinner, with delicious food and attentive and informative waiters. The breakfast was also great, varied, delicious options. The private sauna that came with the room was a great addition.

Featuring 1200 m² of wellness facilities, this family-run resort is in the heart of the Puster Valley. Guests can admire panoramic mountain views from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

Hotel Magdalener Hof is set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bolzano. The restaurant, terrace, and swimming pool all offer beautiful views of the Dolomites. Parking is free. We love everything about this hotel . View from the balcony is breathtaking. Best breakfast we ever had travelling Italy . Nice staff and great location. We were given free transport card and cable car ride . Free parking was great. Don’t want to leave this hotel

The breakfast is great, selection of different food for anyone’s taste, an excellent coffee machine to make your speciality coffee and normal as well as non dairy milk. Don’t miss on the sauna and swimming pool, or the gym if you still have the energy after a day out. The hotel also offers electric mountain bikes but we didn’t use them (the hotel is on a steep hill). Parking is underground and secure. You can play small billiard or try a puzzle in the lounge or enjoy the scenery if the weather is nice outside (including fire places).
