Certosa Di Maggiano is a former monastery located in the Tuscan countryside, 2 km from Siena's famous Piazza del Campo. It offers unique rooms, free internet and free parking. Very fun and lovely hotel with lots of charm! The rooms and facilities were fantastic and the restaurant was delicious. Ask about truffle hunting!

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Good location, very clean room, nice people, great breakfast

This was our second visit, and once again, we were not disappointed. The staff are truly exceptional. A special thanks to Amira from the restaurant, the attentive waiters, the gardener who keeps the grounds beautifully maintained, the housekeeping team for their excellent work, and of course, the owner Matteo and the wonderful Lorena. Lorena is a true gem—warm, welcoming, and always making sure we feel right at home. She even helped us organize a small birthday celebration, offering great ideas. Her hospitality skills are outstanding. We enjoyed a lovely wine tasting paired with cheese and ham. We also purchased some of their delicious, locally produced olive oil and a few bottles of wine. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful—perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It’s quiet throughout the day, creating a wonderfully relaxing environment. You can enjoy breakfast ( small buffet with good selection of bread, croissant, cake, egg, hams, cheese, juices coffee etc) and dinner ( à la carte) at their restaurant, where the meals are consistently delicious. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. For those who prefer to avoid stairs, I recommend the ground-floor rooms facing the vineyards. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Immersed in the Tuscan countryside between Siena and Florence, this 4-star hotel offers high-quality service on 20 acres of rich parkland, just outside of Monteriggioni. Despite the high expectations we had based on the pictures, this place managed to exceed them. This place is heaven on Earth! No better place to rest and relax. Impeccable service and food as well. The only disappointing thing for us was that we booked only one night. We wanted to stay there for longer and are definitely coming back.
