Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Fattoria di Cinciano is located in Poggibonsi, a 10-minute drive from the centre. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Everything! The hotel is amazing! We forgot a couple of rings on our room and they were amazing enough to ship them back to us! Great staff

Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful (restaurant as well as reception). Breakfasts were wonderful. Parking is free jn front of the hotel but sometimes we struggled to find a spot especially during dinner time as outside guests come to eat here.

Dinner was great in the restaurant and super breakfast. All is good. Super recommended. Worth the price.
