The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Carlo was amazing host, he was super friendly and helpful, took us for a short walk and gave us great recommendations. It was the best start for our trip and we will definitely come back. The views are amazing and the place is just wonderful. Highly recommend!

This bed and breakfast features a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking.... I liked everything, beautiful location in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Well maintained holiday farm, comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool with view of the valley. Excellent breakfast and service, Nicola super nice and friendly manager who gave us helpful advices. Well located, only half hour to Perugia, 40 minutes to Assisi which is very worth visiting. Marsciano, only 10 minutes driving also offers excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I would love to go back there again.

Breakfast was perfect, everything you would want plus glute-free options. Highly recommend this property for the tranquility. I would have stayed longer if I had time.
