This part of the hotel seems more exclusive so the moment we got off the bus they quickly directly us to a private check in area. The lounge area with free drinks and snacks was a huge plus thank you!!

The hot spring and sauna were the best indulgence in winter, while the outdoor campfire offered fun, along with roasting marshmallows, creating wonderful bedtime memories for the kids. We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's Eve and the Lunar New Year here. The in-room chef service was fantastic, with delicious and creative dishes made right in front of us. Watching the chef cook while spending time in the cozy cabin in the snow created unforgettable memories.
