Rooms are spacious with good amenities. The Grand Bath with 5 different spring waters was a great experience. Be sure to book half board as the dinner n breakfast spread was excellent. Dinner spread included abundance of boiled snow crabs legs!

Great experience. Everything is clean and big. You have all the facilities in the room and in the hotel. The spa was great and open mostly all day and night until 12. The restaurant in the hotel is very nice if you don't want to move around at night.

Featuring several public baths and a sauna, the Chateraise Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo Hotel & Resort offers Western-style rooms with free wired internet access. All the staffs were kind and considerate. Dinner buffet was excellent. Suite room was spacious. Shuttle bus was punctual.

Our family had an amazing time in this hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner are included and are delicious. The onsen is amazing and the clothing the hotel provides to walk around is extremely convenient. We went on a skiing vacation and drove to Rusutsu every day (about 30 min drive) and didn't expect to enjoy the hotel as much as we did. In the end, it was as memorable as the skiing.
