Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Dinner and breakfast are excellence. Staffs at front and dining room are very professional and great service mind.

Extremely good service, very beautiful lobby and our japanese styled room was both fancy and cosy. Dinner served to room was great experience and delicious and server was helpful guiding us with the food. Private onsen was highlight of our stay. Be sure to take time to stroll around the beautiful town of Kinosaki.

The room, the view, the quality of the food were all excellent. I also enjoy their spa, plus they have renovated the passage way to the annex and have now a sauna and a snack bar open rather late.
