Hotel is new and comfortable. Location is good, just opposite the train station. Hotel has a spa and swimming pool. Breakfast is good.

Self check in and it's very quickly and simple. The equipment and washing machine are very clean and well. It's very spacious！ The view of the terrace is refreshed and relaxed. The onsen is awesome！ The bath is big enough for 3 kids to stay in. Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa.

The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka อยู่ในใจกลางฟูกุโอกะ ห่างจากสถานีเท็นจิน 500 ม. There is nothing to not love about this property. The staff or so friendly, they provide a family feel and are so welcoming. One of the site employees named Nanaka was truly a kind and warm person. She put a smile on our face many times during our 5 day stay.

We reserved a cabin and requested for charcoal bbq (top up a small fee for the charcoal bbq). Love the BBQ right at our glamping unit. They provide vegetables, rice, soup and drinks for bbq, they are self-service and complimentary. Breakfast is also provided by self service too. Staff are helpful and friendly. Really a lovely experience.

The hotel had a very relaxing vibe which was exactly what we were looking for. The room and amenities were excellent and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-tier, and the location was perfect for accessing the rest of Beppu.

Location on the fringe of Karatsu is ideal, with easy parking. Our room in East Wing faced the beach and had a superb view on the bay. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, large enough for a little swim, with views right on the seaside and the celebrated local pine grove. You can easily go from beach to swimming pool. We were well received and kindly upgraded to a huge, luxurious room; every comfort you can think of was there. The circulation from bedroom to onsen to swimming pool can be complex, but we were given an English language map that greatly helped. This was our second stay in Karatsu, and we'd love to come back and stay in Karatsu Seaside Hotel another time !
