For us, this was one of the highlights of our stay in Japan. We booked the corner room on a higher floor to enjoy the views of Osaka during night time, and boy it did not disappoint! From your room, you have the greatest views of the city through the enormous windows. The windows have automatic curtains and rolling shades on the outside, so a bit of privacy is easily arranged. The room amenities are excellent and the bathtub in the middle of the room is superb. You are also right across Shinsaibashi, so shopping is never far away. We tried the food in the restaurant, and it was excellent as well. It's a bit of a gastronomic experience.

Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
