Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. We got upgraded for free which was an amazing surprise. The view was amazing and the suite was very nice. Nice staff, great location close to Osaka's castle.

It was an amazing experience all we tried at the hotel, from the simplest to the most complex activity. The food at all restaurants was outstanding. The interior design a total piece of the art. Rooms spacy and impecable, light design absolutely perfect, new amenities everyday and of great quality, wide variety of liquors, high standard laundry service…We loved everything

They made special food for me as a vegetarian and pregnant! It was an amazing stay, everyone extremely helpful nd friendly. The Onsen was awesome!

The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
