The rooms are very comfortable and impeccably clean. The location is away from the tourist chaos. The service is outstanding, everything at Jardin restaurant is delicious and the view from their rooftop bar is unparalleled. If we visit Osaka again, this will definitely be the place we stay.

The rooms are beautifully designed: bold, modern, and stylish, yet exceptionally comfortable. The interiors feel fresh and thoughtfully curated, with a strong design identity that gives the hotel its distinctive character. The overall vibe is vibrant and sophisticated. We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the Grand Front Osaka. The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

This place is beautiful, and the receptiveness of the staffs is amazing. The food was delicious and the onsen is fantastic!

Featuring a classic European-style decor, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda Subway Station. The location was perfect for our needs. They have a fabulous breakfast spread and everyone was very helpful. We needed to take a train and bus to different locations in Japan and both were located within a short walk from the hotel. Beautiful room and super comfy bed! Can't recommend it enough.
