Everything was very nicely designed, clean and spacious. Breakfast has plenty of options and very delicious, room service was amazing! The room itself was very spacious and has great views. We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

Amazing traditional ryokan with a beautiful garden and super caring staff. Very goos kaiseki dinner and traditional breakfats were very tasty and plentiful. It has hot mineral water source onsen (traditional male/female room separation) and it is open practically 24 hours! So you can go there really at any time you like, even at night, and relax. It almost never happened to us that there were more than 3 people at once and you get to enjoy the beautiful garden view from the onsen all by yourself. The garden is very well cared for and has a careful selection of flowers/trees that make the place photohenic from absolutely every angle. We visited at spring and it was full of roses and cherry blossoms. The rooms overlook the garden it's just really breathtaking.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
