We loved absolutely everything. Since we arrived the staff welcomed and scort us to check in process. We were constantly informed about what was going on with our requests. All the staff were absolutely attentive to our needs and desires, no matter their position they would help us with reservations and requests. It was an amazing experience all we tried at the hotel, from the simplest to the most complex activity. The food at all restaurants was outstanding. The interior design a total piece of the art. Rooms spacy and impecable, light design absolutely perfect, new amenities everyday and of great quality, wide variety of liquors, high standard laundry service…We loved everything

We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the Grand Front Osaka. Absolutely amazing .. super clean rooms and very spacious The beds were really comfy and the staff was very helpful and friendly.. we cannot wait to comeback again to this hotel

Apology that I arrived late, the hotel still served us with excellent dinner and offered perfect service. We come with little kids and they were very helpful. It is very much appreciated. Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

I love the way we were greeted although we could not speak Japanese the staff tried their best to help us. The young lady who was at the front desk guided and walked with the shoe locker area and to the hotel elevators and showed us how to use the hotel card. From the use of the Onsen to the breakfast buffet was an awesome experience we will never forget.
